Abstract
|
Hanuman
represents a unique spirit of Strength, devotion, valour and
commitment towards his friends and leader. Himself a great
counsellor and leader, he never goes after power and throne. Also
known as Shivansh, he harmonises reltionship of shaiva and
Vaishnav cults. While Tulsi depicts him as Sankatmochan, Guru
Ramdas actually established Hanuman temples and Balopasana as a
counter to atrocities of Aurangjeb. Hanuman also described as
Keelak for Ram is a deity to simultaneously learn devotion and
effectiveness. Today’s Indian society need more symbols like
Hanuman to practise ultimate sacrifice for Nation.
